Q3 Talent Solutions was founded by Gary Szelagowski as a platform for continuing to add value while retired from corporate life. Our focus is on helping individuals and organizations achieve their potential. At Q3 Talent Solutions, we partner with clients, focus on adding value and having some fun as we do so! We also support the broader community by sharing time and resources with charities that are important to us.
Q3 Talent Solutions has its roots in Szelagowski HR Solutions, founded by Gary in 2011. At that time, he was looking for his next great corporate opportunity, had done some pro bono consulting work and been invited to do some for hire projects . . .
. . . Szelagowski HR Solutions was born! That branding helped call attention to Gary’s primary focus at that time: joining an organization where he could continue his corporate career, contribute to the success of the firm, and to that of those who were part of the team. That quest was successful, but the entrepreneurial seed had been planted and other circumstances propelled Gary toward retirement.
